Timber Toys (Pty) Ltd, established in August 2009, is the proud importer, distributor and wholesaler of award winning international toys.

After a stint of living in the UK, my husband and I returned to South Africa with our three wonderful children knowing that there was a need in the South African market for beautiful, classic wooden toys.

Our brands have been meticulously sourced from all around the world. The exciting journey began with the Le Toy Van range from the UK which has since been expanded to over the years by the addition of numerous, complimentary ranges. We have now also included designer soft toys and hand painted ranges into our offering too.

We are very proud and privileged to have the sole distribution rights for these beautiful brands and supply them mostly to the exclusive toy store and gift store markets across Africa.

I am grateful to my husband, Brett, for always believing in me and standing by my side every step of the way of this exciting journey! I am thankful to my three precious children who have helped me along the way too, by supporting me unconditionally. Many hours of hard work have been invested into this business, and none of it would have been possible without the love and support of my family. Dayne, Amy and Jemma, you inspire me to work hard everyday! I know I have “little entrepreneurs” in the making and I am grateful to have had a reason to start this wonderful journey! Lastly, to my parents, John and Quanita – you taught me that it takes sweat, determination and hard work to achieve a dream. I am eternally thankful!
